Every new Client we care for can easily set up an account by just doing a few things:
• Establish that you are in our service area and that we are available for your first set of dates by either e-mailing us (please see “Schedule a Visit For Your Pet” page) or speaking with one of our staff. (Our office number is 414-943-PETS.) We are usually in the office Monday-Friday 8:30 am-1:30 pm. If we don’t answer when you call, just leave a message or email us. We will return your call as soon as possible.
• Together, we will choose the right Service Package for you and your ‘kids’.
• To set up your account, each new Client pays a $180 deposit, unless the number of your first set of dates exceeds the deposit amount. In that case, we will do an estimate of your total cost. All of your service fees are deducted from your $180 deposit – or your estimated total.
Please DO NOT send any payment until your dates and deposit amount have been confirmed with our staff.
You can mail in your check OR give it to your Pet Care Provider when you meet for your initial Consultation meeting. This meeting ensures that we learn how to best serve you and care for your Pet and home. (There is a $15 charge for this initial Consultation meeting.)

For future dates, all you have to do is call or email us the dates you will need. (2 weeks in advance if possible). You may use any of the payment plans.
We suggest you read our Client Guidebook either on line or print it out. There you will find, not only our policies and suggestions, but lots of helpful information to make your Pet’s time with us the best!
