Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.
What Information Is Collected:
As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers: Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information.
How That Information Is Used:
The information collected is used to process orders and to contact buyers in order to process the order.
Our Commitment To The Security of Your Data
Your information is secured when placing your order by a Secure Certificate or SSL.
UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL SALES:
Critter Sitters, Inc. is strictly a prepay service, cash or check only.
For your first set of dates a deposit of $165.00 ( and your two keys) are required at the time of your ‘get acquainted’ meeting with your pet sitter. If your estimated total will be more than the usual deposit, we will call you with this total before you leave. Please leave a check for the full amount for your sitter to pick up on her first visit, or to collect at the time of your meeting.
For all future dates you will be given an estimate for the dates you have scheduled with us. This estimate will include Holiday charges, late scheduling fees, etc. Your payment must be in the office before your departure, or you must leave a check in your home at the time of your first visit. The second occurrence of a check not being left may result in a $15.00 fee. Fees will be increased or other action taken if this continues at future dates. If this occurs repeatedly, you will be contacted and informed that you will need to find other means of caring for your pet. You may be asked to find another service.

Upon your return you will receive an invoice and statement for your scheduled dates, noting any credits or balance due. If you return home early, you have the right to decide if Critter Sitters, Inc. will continue caring for your pet, but it is understood that full payment is still expected for the entire scheduled time, per approval from Jane. If the entire deposit is not used, the balance will remain as a credit for six (6) months, after which time you may request a refund of said balance if you feel you will not need the services of Critter Sitters, Inc. again.
