The Critter Sitters, Inc. team goal is always to provide the best possible care and service to our clients and their pets while providing a business structure that creates an environment of trust, financial security, fulfillment and mutual respect for our clients, staff and management.
Through support and ongoing education, we create not only business relationships, but friendships and alliances to encourage personal and professional growth for all.
We work to promote and enhance the human animal bond; to support and be a positive influence in our community; to provide quality products and superior services to our customers and to treat our clients and co-workers in a respectful, kind and friendly manner.
Mission Statement
1) We continually strive to understand and satisfy the unique and varied needs of our Clients,
through Teamwork, communication, empowerment and innovation.

work, travel and do what they need to do and return home to a safe, contented pet
and harmonious home.

our Fellow Travelers bring selflessly into our lives. We enthusiastically promote spaying
and neutering to reduce the suffering, cruelty and loneliness of those unfortunate and
courageous creatures caught in the trap of domestic animal overpopulation.
11) We are grateful for the people, community and opportunities that support us and strive
to repay this trust with quality, compassionate service. We return a part of our revenue
to the less fortunate of our community in the form of donations, volunteerism and other
appropriate forms of support.
We support: the Hunger Task Force, the Wisconsin Humane Society, Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control, Ozaukee Humane Society, The Women’s Center, Purebred Specialty Cat Rescue, For Cat’s Sake, Pug Rescue, the ASPCA, Elmbrook Humane Society, and others.

The love and care of animals is my passion and I continue to educate myself to fulfill my
chosen responsibilities to the best of my abilities.
It is not enough to love them. I must intuit their needs, wants and motivations.
I learn what is necessary to give each animal in my care my best. I care for each of my
Client’s pets with the compassion and respect I show my beloved companions sharing
my own home and life.
I learn to gently discipline and guide the animals in my care to keep them safe, happy
and contented. It is a heartfelt honor to serve and I take my responsibility to them and
their human companions seriously.
9) Professionalism
I promote the professional ethics and integrity of the Pet Care Industry. I continue to
educate myself, my team and my clients on current training techniques, products and
nutrition to better perform the duties of my chosen profession.
I research and refer my clients to other professional services, businesses and products
that meet my criteria of professionalism, excellence and compassion.
10) Gratitude
I am grateful for challenges and opportunities that encourage me to better myself, my
business and my community. I appreciate the work I do, as it allows me to shine in a
career I love. It allows me to provide others with a career they can love and create
